Best vinyl ever maid

Confused - don’t understand - why stop making something so great as SUPER FILM - The only thing out there to hot peel and look like screen print - this is big mistake -these people that can’t use it correctly probably should not be in the business
On of my favorites

I cut with a Graphtec and apply with Fusion heat press set at 208 deg, peel cool/cold and repress. NEVER had a problem applying to poly or cotton on over 50 team shirts, jerseys, hoodies and windbreakers. The hand feel is fantastic, the low application temp is great for poly, I like this stuff a lot. Only negatives are having to tape everything down before pressing, the frosted carrier and the inconsistency in material, metallic silver is much different than white, red or purple.
Very good on canopy material!

For everyone that is having trouble with application, try this: Heat: 155 C Time: 15 sec (much more than what's in the guides but trust me!). Peel cold and press again at 8 sec. I did this for a thin piece of canopy polyester material and it worked great! REALLY adhered to the material VS other vinyl I had. Looks printed!
Confusing Directions = Practice First
Reseña de Cat Veri 5/16/2017 9:39:58 p.m.
Stahl's really needs to get correct directions on here for temperature, times and peels. Tried at 280 deg and tack 5 seconds, and guess what, the letters would not adhere to the garment. Tried again, bad news. Moved heat to 320 degrees like a reviewer says to... got two out of four letters to stay after 10 second press and cool peel. This material is nothing like Player-Perfect. I bought a practice name and I still am unsure how to do the real job. Super Film = Super Confusing. But I needed neon letters, so here I am. Use a real heat press folks, this is not a job for an iron, oh my... I am just going to press at 320 and hope for the best or call Stahls tomorrow. I cannot afford to screw up these shirts. STAHLS -- PLEASE CORRECT YOUR USER GUIDE AND VIDEO FOR THIS PRODUCT!!!
Reseña de Kay 3/25/2017 1:54:13 p.m.
Granted I'm a novice, trying to work out the bugs in hopes of home based employment. Still use an iron before the expense of a heat press. Was excited to finely use my Super Film sample. Following all the tutorials, I am not one to give up easily, but I am having a horrible time getting the carrier sheet to release and/ or the vinyl to adhere. I am having to reheat, let cool, cold peel...slowly and repeat. So far, 2 hours later and I'm barely half way with an 8" X 8" area! My product is a Hanes hefty 100% cotton T (prewashed-no detergent or softner). Frustrated beyond belief!
User Guide vs Video
Reseña de Todd Johnson 2/1/2017 11:47:50 AM
I've found it very confusing with some of the product instructions. I often double check the "User Guide" if I haven't used a particular HTV in a while. But sometimes I actually look at the video as well. The 2 can be so different it's hard to know which to go by, especially when I have an order needing to go out. This is my first time trying the SuperFilm and I guess I need to try both instruction, wash and all that before I order more and complete this 50 shirt order I have.
Which one is Right?
Reseña de Larry White 9/16/2016 9:33:32 p.m.
The video calls for 320 for 10 seconds warm or cold peel. The User Guide says 280-290 5 seconds cold peel, cover and heat again for 8 seconds. Which one is right. I used the User Guide and the product appears to be adhered to the shirt fine, but we all know only time will tell.
Not my Favorite

I love the feel of this product once on the shirt, however I have a lot of problem getting the vinyl to adhere to my shirts. I am following the user guide for temp settings and time.
Multi colored designs
Reseña de Lyman 2/27/2012 1:28:19 AM
I love this product once its on the shirt. However, with a multi-colored design it is almost impossible to line up, if the colors are close to the same color, due to the frosted carrier. Some colors can not be seen good enough through the carrier to achieve top quality workmanship. THE PRODUCT IS GREAT THE PROBLEM IS THE FROSTED CARRIER.
