No Quality Control

Owns a express print and supertek opaque Heat Press
We've ordered 10+ rolls of material over the past year and they have not been consistent. Because of strict return policy we are always stuck with brand new rolls that have been cut, damaged or dirty when they arrive. Almost every roll we receive has had literal bugs sandwiched in the material. Gross! Not to mention a lot of 40"w rolls turning out to be 39"w - ha! All of which would be understandable if material wasn't so expensive. Because the undamaged material always works and preforms great, looks like we're stuck until we can find a new vendor.
Thick hand, but easy to work with

Owns a hotronix Heat Press
Its thicker than I like and doesn't feel very nice when you print over a larger area but its the only media I have found to be fairly easy to weed and also stay on the garment.
Reseña de Pete 7/15/2018 9:02:15 p.m.
Good hand, holds colour and is colour fast when printed with Mimaki ES3 inks. Cuts well on Graphtec. 305 at 20 seconds with 5 second prepress is the number that works on either Fusion or Knight with a second 7 second press after peel with Teflon sheet. Medium tack mask seems best. 100% cotton is the medium we use for application. Good value!
Great For Cotton ONLY!
Reseña de Howie Goodson 11/8/2017 10:28:20 AM
This stuff cannot be beat for price and quality on 100% cotton apparel ONLY! Do not use on polyester of any percentage or you will get bleed through.
WAY too difficult to figure out where to order!
Reseña de Brad 5/16/2017 10:12:08 p.m.
I am wasting an incredible amount of time trying to find cad prints price calculator and where to upload my artwork. A very un-user friendly site for those of us who don't order here frequently
Easy to work with!
Reseña de Pablo Pichardo 4/2/2017 10:30:36 AM
LOVE that this material! It's so easy to weed and work with!! The only downside is that it absorbs the color of some polyester material and discolors very quickly.. Kind of embarrassing when having to face your clients and your clients customers wearing a dingy, discolored and faded shirt after only one month! Still doing some test and researching other non bleeding polyester performance shirts to accommodate this material. On cotton, this material is great! Over all, just make sure your settings on your printer are set to the profile of this material and you should be good to go!
Web site and stupid people
Reseña de Karl 3/26/2017 7:56:45 p.m.
I am trying to order a CAD print - I click on Express print - it send me to a page to buy material - the lead page says to click on the material and upload artwork - your website is too complicated for stupid people like me. I am sure someone will call and point out the error of my ways in trying to navigate the web site -

Stahls does not honor product guarantee
Reseña de Micaela Cook 11/3/2016 12:40:24 p.m.
I have spent thousands of dollars with Stahls over the years and used this material often. I received a bad roll of material that peeled off of garments after 1 wash. I had to replace garments and repress shirts for several of our customers. I went back to Stahls for reimbursement. They made me jump through hoops and have still not reimbursed me.
Top Quality Product

This has been the best transfer paper I have used. Easy to use, good quality! Highly recommend.
Best business changer
Reseña de David Henry 9/17/2016 2:04:19 AM
I've had my BN-20 for 3 years, started using Express Print for more than a year. The colors have been great and lasting. I have test shirts of my own with more than 30+ washings, purposely incorrectly (hot wash, right-side out, high heat drying, etc.) all still great. Used on 1,200+ pieces of apparel. Now have a new VersaCAMM-VS-300i now too, getting a 30" roll for it. Customers, not a single complaint.

I was using Roland HTM2 t-shirt material & was having problems with it. Since I've switched to this product I haven't had any issues. This is stronger & more durable than any material I've used. I will continue to use this product!
Reseña de Taryn 6/29/2015 7:12:37 p.m.
I am new to doing heat transfers and I must say this transfer material is the best out of every brand i have used. It lasts and keeps it's color. We use a bn-20.
Reseña de Michele 1/29/2015 6:58:08 p.m.
I have had no fading issues with this product. I am using a Roland VersaCAMM SP300i with eco solvent inks and the prints look great and have a soft hand. I have had no complaints of fading quickly.
Looks & prints Great
Reseña de jacob 6/8/2014 12:59:13 AM
I used this material three times with a BN20 and the print only lasted about three washes. I used my Mimaki CJV30-130 twice and no problem, but this unit has three heaters vs one (BN20) and it makes a big difference.
Looks great, prints great, weeds great.
Reseña de Kris Haase 6/4/2014 1:50:31 p.m.
I have really enjoyed this product. I use my Mimaki CJV, solvent ink. I have printed, transferred and washed the product. I'm no were close to 50 washings, but I'm happy with the colors. Remember preheat, platen heat and post heat make a difference in how well your product prints and cures the ink. Using a GEO Knight heat press, followed heating instructions as indicated. I made sure to prepress my shirts 10 to 15 seconds before applying the transfers.
Fades in about 3 washes
Reseña de Miguel 4/25/2014 8:51:29 p.m.
Nice smooth material but is starts fading in the first washes. Using Roland BN-20 with Roland Inks and Insta press 320F for 15 Seconds.
Looks great, but fades very quickly
Reseña de Scott 11/7/2013 11:22:15 AM
This product is easy to use and produces fantastic looking designs, but the colors fade VERY VERY quickly. No chance that it will come CLOSE to 50 washes! Maybe it's the water in the North East?! BTW, I'm using a Roland BT-20 with Roland inks and a FUSION heat press.
